What is the name of the older thriller movie that appeared on ABC family?

Years ago, my brother and I watched a movie on ABC family  it took
place at like a seaside Inn or home. One of the main characters was a
scary man and he thought that a pretty young woman that was staying at
the Inn (or now living in the house?) was his dead wife.. Near the end
of the movie, the man set fire to the old Inn. Also, there was a
fierce black dog in the movie. Any ideas what the title of the movie
is?
