Whats this movie called? A girl goes through the other side of the mirror. On that side is a ruler (?) thats?

evil and I think looks exactly like her. This evil person tries taking
over the girls life and I THINK in the end the not evil girl has to
stop this evil persons reign of terror and break the mirror.

I think at some point there is a mask or something...and she gets
confused for the evil person.
