Zombie Movie: What is it? Read details.?

Okay they're was this movie I saw several years back where a meteor or
something hit (or past by dont remember) that cause everyone who
didn't drink alcohol to become infected, like a zombie.

This group of people then barricade themselves in a radio antenna
tower place and one of the girls is pregnant with a baby zombie that
comes to life and is like a baby zombie fetus thing, funny really.

Also the male zombies lose all man parts... WHAT IS THIS MOVIE?!
1: It's not Dawn of the Dead

2: The people who drink alcohol are immune to becoming a zombie.
